I am a creative facilitator, artist and workshop enthusiast.

I produce, style and curate workshops with a particular interest in mental and physical wellbeing.

In 2016 I founded Head & Hands, a lifestyle store and workshop programme dedicated to the art of slowing down. The carefully curated programme welcomes a range of artists and practitioners. Head & Hands also delivers wellbeing workshops in workplaces and at festivals and events.

In 2018 I founded Holdspace - a space for community to gather. Located in Angel London, Holdspace is an accessible hire space for classes, workshops and gatherings which support wellness and creativity.

Prior to this I worked primarily with young people in the arts. During my time as programme manager at Cubitt Gallery I launched ‘The Institute of Anything’ a summer programme at Central Saint Martins for young people aged 14-19 and over three years facilitated 40 young people to achieve Arts Award Bronze & Silver.

I live with Crohn’s Disease, a chronic illness which has inevitably challenged, shaped and informed the work I do. I occasionally keep an illustrated blog about my adventures living with the condition at Guts, Glands & Glory. More than anything my illness has taught me the true value of wellness, the importance of self-care and slowing down.

My varied work is about creating community, making space for connection and self-reflection, while facilitating creativity and meaningful exchange.
